Sustainable Reliability – Just got Serious!

Kevin Lifsey

Presented by Gary Tyne, Pro-Reliability Solutions

In this keynote presentation Pro-Reliability Solutions will discuss how Sustainability and Reliability are interconnected, and how a reliable asset base provides the optimal foundation for attaining sustainability objectives in a manufacturing context. It is after all, hard to run a sustainable operation with unreliable assets.

Reliability, in this context, refers to the assurance that a manufacturing business will consistently deliver quality product, on schedule, in full, at the most sustainable cost and minimal risk. Achieving and sustaining this level of assurance is critical to unlocking corporate sustainability outcomes.

Embarking on the journey toward Sustainable Reliability necessitates a shift in corporate culture and a commitment to continuous improvement. Rather than viewing this journey as a project, we advocate instead for an approach rooted in cultural transformation.

We therefore will explore common traits shared by organisations that have developed robust cultures and discuss how we can learn from that to grow a culture of both reliability and sustainability.
