New Digital Design of the 5-Roller Coating Head for Solvent Less Adhesives

The current set up of the coating head for solvent less adhesives (100% solids) was introduced to the industry and patented in the early 80s. During the past few decades, the technology has evolved in accuracy and reliability. Now a new coating head design has been developed. This will change the approach to job set up and production run control.

The 5 roller coating head system for solvent less adhesives goes completely digital. The positioning of the station, the managing of job parameters and other settings can now be handled through a totally integrated technology involving the use of Artificial Intelligence.
