Treatment of air emissions from roll to roll coating operations can benefit greatly if a rotary concentrator can be integrated with the long proven technology of regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO).  Facilities needing to capture fugitive emissions around the coating line or maintain permanent total enclosure (PTE) status can achieve significant fuel savings with the addition of a VOC rotary concentrator to an existing RTO system, or a new integrated VOC rotary concentrator and RTO combination. Emissions are concentrated to reduce the amount of air requiring treatment by the RTO.  This reduces fan (electric) power use and fuel use as less air is treated by the RTO. Emission airstreams <100F temperature and light VOC concentration are ideal emissions for this technology.
