Achievement of sustainability through the use of Nitrogen Vacuum Technology to drastically reduce CO2 emission and treat the solvent laden air coming from printing and laminating machines. Sustainability is becoming one of the most (if not the most) strategic goal; the responsibility of being respectful of the environment (reduction of carbon footprint, optimization of energy usage, circular economy, etc.) is and it will be the new challenge that all the packaging players have to embrace as they will be measured on this.

Until today , basically the only way to exhaust the solvent laden air coming from the printing room was through a Thermal Oxidizer. This solution is not environmentally friendly and more and more players are moving toward a “greener” approach. The use of X-CSR Technology (patented in 2018) has proven to be a game changer to achieve these goals and, at the same time, obtaining significant savings in your production cost.
